So the way I see it there's probably 3 main things that could have happened to Cleo.  She went off herself (possibly to find this father of hers), she was kidnapped or ... i know this is going to sound crazy, but she was taken by aliens.  I know you might think this is totally off the planet, but believe me this girl had a serious obsession going before she disappeared.
